Voter Guide

You do not need an account password. During registration, your browser creates a private key that the server cannot recover. Keep it secret and safe.

Register

1. Open the personal registration link sent by email.
2. Confirm the election title and registration deadline.
3. Select 1. Generate Private Key.
4. Select Copy Private Key and store it somewhere secure and accessible later.
5. Confirm that you saved the key.
6. Select 2. Complete Registration and wait for Registration accepted.

Never send the private key to the administrator or another person. Anyone who has it can act as you. If it is lost, the server cannot restore it. If you already have the correct key, expand I already have a private key and import it instead.

Sign in during voting

Registration and voting use different emails. When voting opens, every registered voter receives the same voting-page link.

1. Open the voting link.
2. Paste the private key saved during registration. Use Show only when necessary.
3. Select Continue with Private Key and wait for the ballot.

The key stays in the browser. Only a Schnorr signature proving possession is sent.

Vote or revote

1. Check the election title and deadline.
2. Select a candidate; none is selected automatically.
3. Select Submit Vote once and wait for confirmation.

To change your vote, submit again before voting closes. Each submission receives a fresh token, and only the latest valid vote is counted.

Troubleshooting

• Registered voter key was not recognized: use the key for this election.
• Local key does not match: use the original registration key.
• No candidates appear: refresh or ask whether setup is complete.
• Submission remains in progress: do not click repeatedly; wait, then refresh and check the status.
